Tip Of The Day - 10th October 2014

If you self-harm because you tend to feel powerless then try and take the time to figure out if there are any thing that you restrict yourself from doing for no reason. If you free yourself up to embrace things in life that you want to try you can reduce your feelings of powerlessness.
