Do not internalize your anger if frustration is what leads you to self-harm; if a person is making you angry you may want to consider talking to them in calm tones about it. If something else is causing you to become angry or it is someone who enjoys antagonising you however it would be wise to consider taking up a sport, playing a beat-em-up video game, or writing sadistic stories (not about them however, as you may regret that).
