Take time to do something fun. If you don’t have the time to have fun try finding a cheap old handheld or downloading games to your phone, if you can’t afford that you should look into free online games. If you do not take the time to do something fun occasionally you’ll be more likely to feel stuck in rut, which can amplify some of the negative feelings associated with self-harm.
