Bare in mind that self harm is an addiction and as such relapsing can lead back down a spiral to the same point of weakness you were at before you started trying to quit. Therefore if you ever relapse you must force yourself to view it as a once off sleep and not view it as a precedent which allows you to start harming yourself again. This will be hard to do but it is very important.
