Tip Of The Day – 20th April 2019

Many self harmer’s say that the fact they are tempted to self harm makes them feel bad and wrong, which leads them into an unfortunate cycle. With that in mind it can be a useful mental exercise to stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself that you are the best kinda of person there is, someone who wants to better themselves, and that on such a high path its okay to get tempted as long as you try your best and never give up on your end goal.
