One of the most common times to dwell on the bad things in one’s life is just before going to sleep. Instead spend ten minutes before you go to sleep looking at the opportunities you have for self improvement, always starting from the opportunity and working backwards to how it could help you this will help to minimise the opportunity for negative thoughts to sneak in.
